The Genetically Modified Crawfish are actually just mice that were used in the "ILLEGAL CRAWFISH RACING OLYMPICS", by Kamikaze Failure Frank to sabotage the game. Kamikaze Failure Frank openly admits that these "Crawfish" are actually just mice, and that he uses this tactic to win every time (Even though he originally states he has found the secret to winning, modifying craw fish genetically for the purpose of racing them).
In "FILTHY FRANK VS ANIMAL RIGHTS", Fake Frank actually took some of them (if Kamikaze Failure Frank is the same character than Fake Frank) to feed them to snakes as a game, which his guest (presumably an animal activist) wasn't happy about seeing him feeding them to snakes.
