Realm 24.4 is the dumping realm of the Omniverse. It was created 17 000 CH ago by the Window-Pigeon when he was accused of sexually abusing a grasshopper and needed a place to dump the evidence. It is one of the filthiest things in the Omniverse, second to only Filthy Frank himself. It is home to the Sea Gulls, the defenders of 24.4.

Before 1000ch B.C:[]
- Window-Pigeon creates Realm 24.4.
- After years of garbage falling from the sky, a collective of birds spawn from the filth to control the trash, led by Window-Pigeon.
- Chin-Chin's rise to power occurs. The birds, now known as the Sea Gulls, keep him out valiantly.
After 1000ch B.C:[]
- Window-Pigeon is killed by Filthy Frank when he made the mistake of landing on Frank's windowsill.

- It is a misconception that Window-Pigeon was born in Realm 24.4. He was actually born in Realm 6.2.
- Creatures known to be native to this realm are the Rats, the Gulls and the Roaches.
- Realm 24.4 is sometimes mislabelled as Realm 244.
